SKVL provides a humane, nurturing environment for their Desi Gir cows where they can roam freely, only eat organic grass, and are cared for even after their ability to produce is gone. This ensures that our products are high quality and all of the herd is treated with dignity for their entire lives.
In addition to their quality lifestyle, only A2 Desi Gir cows are used to create all of our ghee and dairy products. A2 milk protein is the original protein thousands of years ago in all milk products until cows evolved and started producing A1 protein, which may be difficult for the human body to digest. There are very few cows that produce the A2 protein and we are fortunate to have an abundance of them. Many people who have lactose intolerance can easily digest dairy products that only contain A2 milk protein, which is why our company only produces products with A2 milk.
