In the event, if you are displeased with the milk services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their milk subscription and request a refund from us. For other dairy product like A2 Ghee refund would be provided only on unused product and shipped to country of the purchase. Shipping charges would be customer responsibility. Requests received later than 2 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as the cancellation of services for the next service period.
